I am not sure about the dimensions of the chairs at the venue? This is a common dilemma, we will liaise directly with your venue regarding the measurements to ensure a good fit. Back to top
What if you do not stock an organza sash in the colour of my choice? We have a large selection of sashes for you to choose from, however if we do not have the exact colour that you require then we will have this custom made for you.

Do you require a deposit? Yes a £50.00 deposit is required to secure the booking. Back to top
We have not finalised our numbers, so we are not sure exactly how many chair covers we will need. Are we able to alter the amount required once we have completed the booking form? Yes that is not a problem. We allow for changes to be made up to a week before the date of your wedding. Back to top
When is the final balance for our booking due? The final balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Back to top
What methods of payment do you accept? Our preferred method of payment is via cheques made payable to 'Perfectly Covered' Back to top
When will you deliver, dress and collect the covers & sashes? We will liaise with your venue to arrange the time of fitting & collection, we will ensure that we are there in plenty of time before you are due to get married or if possible the evening before. Back to top
Do we need to do anything with the covers after they have been used? We will speak to your venue and ask staff to store all covers & sashes ready for us to collect. Back to top
